Layout Share

Hello friends!
I hope you had a fabulous Christmas!  The hubs had to go back to work today, I guess that's the first step back to real life.  But the kids and I still have a whole week until school starts again, we plan to take full advantage of that fact, too.  Today I want to share with you a couple of layouts that I've been able to complete so far this break (hopefully I'll be able to complete several more before break is over!)
The first layout is from when H was only about 11 months old, she was finally big enough to wear her cheerleading outfit that we had purchased for her and I was able to do her first ever ponytail!  For this layout I followed the Spellbound pattern from CTMH's Magic book.  The bottom pic shows where I put in a little booklet under a picture to be able to fit more pictures of her little ponytail on the layout.  I keep the booklet closed with a string wrapped around a button that is adhered to the picture on the top of the booklet.
Supplies used in this layout:
Paper: Playground by Echo Park, CTMH Cardstock in Holiday Red (DIsc.), Outdoor Denim and White Daisy
Inks: Slate by CTMH
Accessories: Brads by The Paper Studio, Ribbon from The Ribbon Retreat, Thread is Fancy Floss in black magic by We R Memory Keepers, Heart Button from my button jar.
I also used the Elmo's Party cricut cartridge to cut out the title.

The second layout delves back into the archives.  I was cleaning my craft room last weekend and came across these pictures that I hadn't scrapbooked yet, they're from C's 2nd birthday party (he's 7 1/2 now)!
For this layout I used a variation of a layout found in Becky Higgins' Creative Sketches 2 book.
Supplies used in this layout:
Paper: Babycakes paper pack from CTMH
Inks: Slate and Chocolate from CTMH
Stamps: Hero Alphabet (Disc.) from CTMH
Accessories: Babycakes badge buttons from CTMH, glitter wall tape from Hobby Lobby
I used the Artbooking cricut cartridge from CTMH to cut out the '2'

Thanks for coming to visit me today!  Remember you can visit my website www.shellydavis.ctmh.com to purchase any of the current CTMH products used in these projects.

Have a crafty day!
